Graeme is an experienced senior executive with 30 years in the real estate industry. Prior to that he was involved in the insurance and financial services sector and held a number of senior management appointments. A seasoned and successful professional with business ownership, CEO, CCO, governance and franchise management experience.

In recent times he has been involved in Compliance managing the introduction of Health & Safety, Anti - Money Laundering and the many other considerable changes the Real Estate Industry has faced. He has ongoing involvement with the REA, REINZ, DIA and FIU and has strong relationships across the industry and with regulators.

He holds a real estate agent's license, is an associate of the REINZ. and has enjoyed 5 years of participation in the Harvard Business School.

He has also been actively involved in rugby and cricket as a player, coach, manager and administrator at club and provincial level. He is married with 2 sons and 5 grandsons and retains an active interest in rugby and cricket.
