Kenneth has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and international business, completing multiple merger, acquisition, and divestment assignments. He has a proven track record of facilitating investment and full/partial exits, having successfully originated deals and raised capital for numerous clients and special projects. He started his career as a corporate finance advisor at Deloitte in Auckland, and subsequently joined the investment banking team at Macquarie Bank, before embarking on more entrepreneurial pursuits. 

He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and currently serves on the Boards of numerous organisations, including the award-winning face mask manufacturer MEO. He previously served on the boards of vocational training provider Skills Update, and national mobile technology retail chain OmniTech. From 2010-2019, he was director of Edenz, a large private export education provider, until the sale to Australian interests. He advises senior business people and high net worth investors, utilising his multi-lingual and business development skills to facilitate business across cultures. 

He was Chairman of the ASEAN New Zealand Business Council (2017-2021) and a member of the Ministerial Strategic Advisory Group on Trade (2021-2023). He was inducted by KEA as a World Class New Zealander in 2015. He has a long history of involvement with the not-for-profit sector; he has been a trustee of the Auckland Foundation since 2016.
